mIRC - HOWTO!

How do I download mIRC?
1. Go to http://www.mirc.com and click on "Download mIRC".


2. Again, click on "Download mIRC".


3. Now click on "Download Now".


4. Wait a few seconds and the download should start. If not, it's probably your browser blocking the download window.


How do I install mIRC?
1. Double-click the mIRC file you just downloaded and follow the instructions!

How do I join #eRepublik.dk?
1. You click on this link when you have installed mIRC.

I am hopeless and need more help! /cut-wrist
1. The first thing you want to do is register on Quakenet!

2. When you have joined #eRepublik.dk, write the following: "/msg Q HELLO YOUREMAIL YOUREMAIL" and hit ENTER. (Remember! You need to write your email twice!)


3. NOW! This is very tricky! Now you have to OPEN your mailbox and look for an email from Quakenet! Remember to look in your spambox as well!

4. Follow the instructions from the email and go for a walk. Then come back and we will continue this awesome guide!

Walk is over and you have returned home

5. You are now registered on Quakenet! Congratulations! You deserved it!

6. You got this from the mail: /msg Q@CServe.quakenet.org AUTH USERNAME PASSWORD - you need this to "login" on mIRC.

7. Join eRepublik.dk and write it and hit ENTER. It should say this:
-Q- You are now logged in as USERNAME.
-Q- Remember: NO-ONE from QuakeNet will ever ask for your password. NEVER send your password to ANYONE except Q@CServe.quakenet.org.

8. Niice! But, you don't want to write that everytime you open mIRC! Am I right? Of course!

9. To make mIRC write it automatically, do the folllowing: Go to -> Options (an icon with a hammer) -> Options -> Perform... -> and insert the text there!
